Description
This course explores two foundational components of emotional intelligence: self-awareness and self-regulation. Learners will gain insight into recognising their own emotions, understanding personal triggers, and managing responses in a healthy and constructive way. Through reflection exercises and practical tools, participants will be empowered to respond—rather than react—in professional settings, enhancing workplace communication, collaboration, and resilience.
